There are certain areas within the United States to which we are unable to deliver our products. Please note the following restrictions:
1. Military addresses abbreviated as APO/FPO/DPO are not serviceable.2. The following regions within the United States are also not accessible for deliveries:
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands (zip codes starting with 006-009)
- Hawaii
- Guam (zip codes starting with 967-969)
- Alaska (zip codes starting with 995-999)

After placing and paying for your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including the estimated shipping time or delivery date for each item. When your item is shipped and ready for delivery, we will send you a shipping notification via email that includes carrier and item tracking information.
You can also access Self Service at any time to view the latest status of your order. You can view the order number, order date, order status, estimated ship or delivery date, and tracking information for shipped items.
All orders are shipped not later than 3 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Order placed between 4pm to 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the next Monday.
